DESCRIPTION:Schweiger Ranch has teamed up with South Suburban Parks & Recreation District to provide free\, guided walking tours led by professional naturalists from SSPRD. These tours offer insight and education into the natural environment on and around Schweiger Ranch\, while offering a chance to get some fresh air and exercise. \nJoin us for a leisurely walk led by a certified Colorado Native Plant Master and explore native plants growing on and around Schweiger Ranch.  During this beginner-friendly plant identification walk we will look at plants that are native to Colorado ecosystems and practice identifying them based on their family characteristics.   Please bring plenty of water\, snacks\, a journal and something to write with. \n  \n\n\n\n\nThis event is held outside and may be modified or canceled due to inclement weather or poor walking conditions. \n  \n\n\nRegistration has closed for this event.
